Minnesota family law disputes are usually required to go through some form of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). We are experienced in mediation, Financial Early Neutral Evaluation (FENE), Social Early Neutral Evaluation (SENE), and other forms of dispute resolution.
Working to resolve cases through negotiation gives clients greater control over the outcome, reduces attorney fees for both parties and helps maintain the integrity of the family. However, when negotiation is not possible, we are prepared to pursue your interests in the courtroom, including appeals.
